An embarrassing realization

I was at a get-together with some folks from my Sunday school class last night when I suddenly had an embarrassing realization:

I'm sort of famous on my street.

One of the ladies was talking about moving into a new house a couple of months ago, and I said, "Oh, that's right. We're neighbors now! You live just down the street from me, right?"

About that time, her boyfriend's eyes lit up. He turned to me and said, "Ooooh! You're the girl that we see chasing her dog in her night clothes sometimes!"

Nice.

I guess my neighbors all know me as "Crazy Pajama Girl."

There are worse things to be known for, I'm sure! :)

Hahaha! I can totally relate!

I'm probably known as "that one crazy girl who is always walking around at midnight with a tupperware container full of chicken." For the love of dogs, right? :D

That is so funny! I guess people have seen your little adventures! Perhaps you should treat yourself to some new pajamas now that you know you have an audience ... just in case it happens again! At least you can be fashionable while chasing the dog!

Oh My God! That's the funniest thing I've heard in a week and I've heard A LOT of funny things this week. I laughed so much that I had to rewind my dvr to hear what they said again.

That made me laugh out loud! It could be much worse, though... you could be 'girl who got locked out of the house in her towel'... or 'the girl who forgot to put her pants one when she checked the mail' (I once forgot to put my skirt on when I went out to start the car).
